Your Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional services that truly put customers, communities, and neighbourhoods at the heart of everything we do.
* Empower and motivate the Neighbourhoods Team to not only meet but exceed performance targets, driving success in all aspects of neighbourhood services.
* Take a proactive approach to managing and resolving underperformance, ensuring that the team is always on track to deliver top-notch service.
* Foster open communication by utilizing a variety of platformswhether face-to-face, through captivating photos, social media, the PA Housing website, noticeboards, or exciting PA on Tour events.
* Build and nurture strong partnerships, both internally and externally, to maximize the impact of collaborative efforts and champion the power of interagency teamwork.
* Lead by example in demonstrating a commitment to PA Housing’s values, actively promoting these principles in every relationship to help create a positive, values-driven culture across the team.

Our ideal candidate...
* Qualifications: “A” Level or equivalent, NVQ Level 4, or an equivalent qualification in housing bringing a strong foundation to your expertise.
* In-depth knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law and Practice, with the ability to navigate and apply it effectively in real-world situations.
* Well-versed in the latest legislation, regulations, and processes, staying ahead of the curve and ensuring compliance at all times.
* A proven track record with at least 3 years of experience working in a housing environment, bringing hands-on experience to the table.
* 2+ years of experience managing staff performance, including overseeing disciplinary actions and supporting capability improvements to drive team success.

This role of requires the successful candidate to complete a basic DBS check. A basic DBS check will show any unspent convictions.
So why do we need to know this information? This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis. Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing.
Having unspent convictions will not necessarily preclude you from being recruited into the role; if you are potentially the successful candidate, we will complete a risk assessment with you to understand the circumstances around your conviction, how relevant they are to the post you have applied for and what remedial action, if any, have you have taken since your conviction. Suitable references will also need to be obtained prior to commencement of employment.
