Location:Dartford Region:Dartford Employment type:Permanent Job family:People Function Business unit:[EUR] UK Overheads & Other Resourcing Change Project Leader – Resource Forecasting, Planning and Utilisation Type: Interim - 12 months Reporting to: Head of Resourcing and Diversity & Inclusion Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the successful delivery of the change project to integrate Saviom technology into LORE. Whilst the technology itself is large part of the change there are business processes, role and responsibilities and behaviours that need aligning. This appointment is critical to ensuring that the organisational priorities around resourcing are met, stakeholders are engaged (there are many), and that the changes are adopted across the business. The Project Leader will be responsible for managing the project from initiation to completion, coordinating stakeholders and resources across the business, and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. Project Objectives To identify, manage, and deliver the required business change to meet agreed objectives. Ensure seamless integration of changes into the business across the dimensions of processes, roles and responsibilities, behaviours and capabilities, technology, data and reporting. Drive adoption of changes by working closely with stakeholders, providing leadership and clear direction. Achieve the project deliverables on time, within scope, and within budget. Role Responsibilities The Resourcing Change Project Leader will be responsible for managing the project from initiation to completion with support from the IT function. As part of the role, the Resourcing Change Project Leader will: Establish the baseline process performance of the key business processes affected by the change and identify improvement opportunity to be considered in scope of the change project as part of the requirements capture. Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the change project and achieve the project deliverables on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and implement the change management strategy to maintain engagement through the implementation and support the adoption of new ways of working. Prepare regular status reports, highlighting risks, issues, progress, and financials for the Head of Resourcing and D&I. Communicate with all levels of stakeholders, including the Exec sponsor, Functional & Delivery Directors, team leads and impacted end-user communities. Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Work closely with the IT Project Manager to ensure business process and technology enablement are fully aligned and integrated. Ensure business readiness at the point of technology enablement with seamless integration of the change scope for processes, roles and responsibilities, behaviours and capabilities, technology, data and reporting. Candidate requirements: Project manager with successful track record in business, process, people, or software change management. Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter). Adept at planning, managing, and reporting progress on change projects. Process improvement experience combined with an ability to create simple ways of working in a complex environment. A problem solver with a collaborative approach and attention to detail. Track record of managing complex stakeholder landscape in high value environment. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including dealing with people effectively and tactfully. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge and experience of resourcing processes and requirements a benefit.
