Join Our Team as a Security Officer in Cheltenham,

As a vital member of our security team, you'll be on the frontline, closely monitoring activities and reporting any incidents. With a strong focus on continuous training and service improvement, you'll play an essential role in maintaining a secure and safe environment.
Position Details:
* Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off includes days, nights and weekends.
* ⏰ Weekly Hours: average of 42h per week.
* Qualifications: SIA license required + UK National as BPSS and SC will be required.

Job Opportunity
* Manage access control to ensure only authorised individuals enter the premises.
* Conduct regular internal and external patrols to identify and deter security risks.
* Monitor CCTV systems to observe and respond to any suspicious activities.
* Provide a professional and friendly front-of-house presence, assisting visitors and staff as required.
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, access logs, and patrol activities.
* Collaborate with other security personnel to uphold the highest standards of safety.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
* A smart and professional appearance, reflecting the values of the organisation.
* Experience in a security role, preferably in a gatehouse or similar environment.
* Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

Essential Skills
* Must have a valid SIA Licence.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
* Have a five-year check able employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period.
* Must be within a reasonable commuting distance.
* Emergency First Aid at Work as a minimum
* Physically fit as lengthy external perimeter patrols
* UK National as BPSS and SC will be required.
* 5 Years Security Experience.
