Salary: £50 - £55k PA depending on experience.

Project Manager – The Role:
The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of project delivery of client projects by the business with a focus on quality, communication and customer satisfaction.
The role is ideally suited to a candidate who is currently managing projects across multiple disciplines, who is an enthusiastic, communicative team leader, willing to learn in a dynamic business with strategic growth plans.
Project Manager – Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for day-to-day management of projects, including planning, budgeting, purchasing, invoicing, overseeing and documenting all aspects of the project.
2. Effective liaison, support, assistance and cooperation with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and customers.
3. Ensure that the focus on enhancing customer satisfaction is maintained.
4. Regular communication with site engineers and clients to ensure the scope is being achieved within the expected quality, cost, timeframe and customer satisfaction.
5. Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet financial aspects of the projects.
6. Adhere to all organisational and policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
7. Reporting on a monthly basis or as otherwise agreed to clients on project progress and to your line manager including earned value analysis on a project-by-project basis.
8. Ensuring that all risk assessments and method statements for the delivery process are effectively in place.
Essential:
1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in engineering or project management.
2. Proven experience in managerial role.
3. Effective planning.
4. Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project.
5. Strong leadership, organisational and decision-making capabilities.
6. Above average communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
7. Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
8. IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH equivalent.
9. Full valid driving license.
10. Knowledge of permit to work systems and safe systems of work.
Desirable:
1. Knowledge of power, electrical switchgear and control systems.
2. Knowledge of CDM Regulations would be beneficial.
3. A project management qualification such as APMP or Prince 2 would also be of benefit.
