The General Manager works closely with the Artistic Director & CEO (who curates the artistic programme of the festival) and is a key member of senior management, working year-round to manage and deliver BIAF events and the annual Festival. The primary areas of direct responsibility include the management of the company’s finances and administration, relationships with stakeholders and funders, income generation, corporate governance, HR, and line management of various staff members.
