Role:
* Provide tailored support to students with SEN, both individually and in small groups
* Adapt and prepare learning materials to meet the specific needs of each student
* Support students in any reasonable way you can
* Create and maintain an engaging and supportive classroom environment
* Work closely with the teaching team to ensure all children receive the support they need to succeed
* Manage behaviour effectively and confidently, especially for children with challenging behaviour or learning difficulties
Requirements:
* A 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology or a related field from a Top 30 UK University
* Previous experience in a Primary school with SEN students is crucial
* Strong communication skills and good behaviour management strategies
* Confidence in supporting children with challenging behaviour and additional learning needs
* Compassion, patience and resilience are highly desirable
