Delivering what we pr omise Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Procurement Administrator to work on our Thames Water Infrastructure programme contract. As the Procurement Administratoryou will be part of the Procurement Team and your role will be to support the Delivery Teams in ensuring cost control and administration is kept up to date and accurate. This also includes purchasing duties. As the Procurement Administrator your duties and responsibilities will be: You will be responsible for the raising of Purchase Orders through our centralised purchasing system and ensuring the correct cost allocation to Projects and Codes. You must be able to ensure material and plant procurement is carried out in accordance with the governance levels within the Schedule of Delegated Authorities (SODA) whilst also performing invoice matching and queries You will also ensure that payments material and plant suppliers are timely and accurate and be in close liaison with the site teams to manage the day to day cost administration of projects. You must also ensure timely completion of approval process to adhere to the project programme. This role is offering hybrid working 2 days a week in the office in Crossness.
