Registered Staff Nurse\n\nLocation: Chesterfield, Derbyshire\n Salary: £17.00 - £19.00 per hour \n Job type: Temporary\n\nHours: Days/Nights\n Start date: Immediate start subject to satisfactory References and DBS\n \n Barker Ross Health and Social Care are currently recruiting for a Registered Staff Nurse near Chesterfield, Derbyshire. This will involve supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.\n\nJob details:\n\nProviding high quality nursing care to adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and physical disabilities\nWorking within a nursing and residential setting\nUndertaking medication administration in accordance with the best practice and prevailing NMC guidance\nEncourage good working and professional relationships and liaising with service users' families, carers and friends\nResponsible for all assessment, planning and evaluation of the care plans\nAccurately report, record and maintain records as required, adhering to care plans and logging medication\nReport any deficiencies in the service of whatever nature to the Home Manager, Deputy or Clinical Lead\nLeading the team and ensuring all staff are supported and involved with care of service users\nPerson centred support plans and risk assessments are created in partnership with the service user, other professionals, and social workers\nAdhering to health and safety regulations and carrying out duties in a safe manner\nVarious hours of work available on working rota - long days full time and some part time hours available \n\nMust have 2 years' experience within health and social care\n\nPractical Moving and Handling Certificate\n\nActive Nursing PIN - NMC PIN\n\nPractical Medication and First Aid Training\n\nRGN/RMN/RNLD\n\nMust have the right to work in the UK\n\nIf this is a role you are interested in please contact Paula at Barker Ross Health and Social Care on (phone number removed) or apply online to this advert.\n\nBarker Ross Group values diversity and promotes equality.
