We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced Operations Planner to join their existing team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee multiple utility companies and contractors for various sites.
2. Ensure timely project delivery by clearing daily task lists.
3. Communicate with suppliers, developers, and clients.
4. Coordinate with utility companies and contractors to obtain client quotations.
5. Manage existing client accounts while nurturing strong relationships.
6. Submit site applications and plans to request quotations.
7. Effectively plan and schedule work tasks.
8. Work both independently and collaboratively across diverse departments.
9. Organise site visits and surveys.
10. Address and resolve all customer and contractor inquiries.
11. Support account managers with ongoing projects.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in operations planning or scheduling, preferably within the utilities sector.
2. Understanding of multi-utility connections and associated processes would be highly desirable.
3. Proficiency in relevant scheduling software and CRM systems.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
6. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
