Kenton Black are proud to represent an outstanding and expanding professional firm in the Ellesmere Port area who, due to continued business success, are now seeking to appoint a Payroll Administrator. Working as part of a friendly, supportive payroll team, you will enjoy working in a busy and varied role dealing with your own clients, answering payroll queries and undertaking all associated administration duties.
This is an exciting career development opportunity to join a friendly, stable, and dynamic firm that is expanding nationally, offering great career enhancement potential for an experienced individual with previous payroll processing experience ideally within a bureau/umbrella/accountancy environment or similar multiple payroll processing role.
Duties included but not limited to:
1. Payroll processing full end to end on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis
2. Processing SMP/SSP
3. HMRC and client liaison
4. Auto-enrolment pension processing
5. Collating and inputting of payroll information
6. Working as part of a busy payroll team
7. Administration duties
Person Specification:
1. Previous experience of running weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls end to end ideally within a bureau/umbrella/accountancy or multiple payroll processing environment
2. Flexible and adaptable approach
3. Auto-enrolment pensions experience
4. Client liaison experience to answer payroll queries
5. Friendly personality, able to work as part of a team
