Operations and Compliance Manager
Rate of pay: £30,000 – £33,000 per annum (depending on experience & qualifications)
Hours per week: 37 (Mon-Thur: 08:30 – 16:30, Fri: 08.30 – 16.00)
Location: Westbank, Exminster

The Role:
At Westbank, we owe our success to the efficiency of organisational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we are seeking an experienced Operations & Compliance Manager to join our team and help ensure the seamless, efficient and compliant running of our charity.
This position is a varied role that encompasses several aligned functions across Westbank. You will be responsible for central services such as Health and Safety, IT systems management, quality assurance, and premises and facilities management as well as running and growing our hospitality and conferencing function.
You will be required to plan, direct and coordinate the core operational functions of Westbank and be responsible for ensuring and improving performance and efficiency across the organisation, through the provision of effective methods and strategies and being the conduit between different departments, providing important feedback and communication.
The Person:
You will have a sharp business mind and proven success in communicating with multiple departments and you will be familiar with the operational concepts, practices, and procedures. You will be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within Westbank and partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems.
You will need to be a self-starter that is entrepreneurial and able to work independently, able to communicate both to key stakeholders and various staff members within Westbank.
You will require previous experience in handling complex projects across multiple sites, you will oversee the services to ensure that they are fit for purpose and recommend areas for improvement to the Senior Management Team based on analysis of relevant data, collated through internal audits and negotiations.

* Commercial Premises;
* Proven Project Management experience;
* Experience in data analysis and planning information;
* Excellent communication skills and effective relationship builder.
