Customer Service Expert - Starting salary between £25,400 – £29,028 (depending on hours, location, skills, and experience)
Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part-time working). We also offer an enhanced 40-hour contract for more flexibility.
Allocated shift pattern between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday – Friday

A bit about the job:
Provide excellent service aligned with Aviva’s values: Care, Commitment, Community, and Confidence. You'll receive comprehensive training to support our customers and financial advisers, especially around complex products like Investment Bonds, Pension Savings, and Platform Investments.
While products can be technical, our focus is on the care and quality of service you deliver to our customers.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone manner
* Strong fact-finding ability to understand customer needs
* Enjoy working collaboratively to deliver outstanding service
* Ability to adapt to digital tools to enhance customer experience
* Positive attitude, resilience in difficult conversations, and overcoming objections
Note: This role is not sponsorable under the Home Office points-based system.
What you’ll get for this role:
* Starting salary between £25,400 and £28,500 (depending on hours, location, skills, and experience). A 40-hour contract can offer an enhanced salary up to £32,571.
* Performance-based bonus of 6% of annual salary
