1st Line Team Lead
Location: Watford – Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Package

A global IT Managed Service Provider that prides itself on delivering world-class IT services and solutions is looking for a 1st Line Team Lead to join their Watford office on a hybrid and flexible working basis. Their aim is to deliver exceptional service to our customers in corporate and public sector organisations: Delivering across a customer core Infrastructure, they offer services for hardware, software, networking, cloud, and support services.
1st Line Team Lead Role and Responsibilities
You will act as a technical escalation for the 1st line team and for all managed services customers, as well as provide IT support. The role comes with hands-on experience in multiple technologies, will give you exposure to projects, and give you the opportunities to grow and develop your skills.
1. Maintain client systems, updating, adding to, and improving.
2. Build and configure new PCs, servers, and network devices to required specifications.
3. Your key focus is to provide support to all, acting as the first response to escalations and assisting the senior engineers.
4. Working with both technical and non-technical staff, you will be involved in supporting both remotely and from the office.
Skills & Experience Required for the 1st Line Team Lead
1. You must come from a Managed Service background.
2. Have strong experience with the Microsoft Stack.
3. Be experienced with Microsoft 365.
4. Ideally have leadership experience.
5. Previous experience working in Networks and Servers.
6. Must be comfortable liaising with C-Level staff.
7. Must be able to interface with both technical and non-technical staff.
