We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and organised administrator to join KGS and provide excellent administrative support for the Sixth Form and Careers department. This role involves student administration and attendance, student pastoral support plus event planning. It plays a fundamental part in providing support to all Sixth Form students during these especially important final school years. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in an administrative role, have excellent organisational skills and be a team player with the initiative to work proactively and independently as required. You will have considerable IT skills including MS Office and databases and a pro-active and helpful nature. The role is offered on a term time basis, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. There is also an additional 10 days to be worked over the holidays and at key points during the year which will be agreed in advance. A competitive salary and generous benefits accompany this role.
