This role requires working in a dynamic and patient-focused laboratory environment. Your expertise in microtomy and dissection will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, which are essential for patient diagnosis and treatment. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a wide range of histological tests, including microtomy and dissection, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations. You will analyse and interpret complex test results with a high degree of accuracy, maintain meticulous records and documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care. Qualifications and Experience: HCPC registration. Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science or a related field. Extensive experience in histology, with specific expertise in microtomy and dissection.
