Scheduling Coordinator - Loughborough Clymac are Fire & Security Systems specialist, delivering fully integrated Fire & Security Systems throughout the UK since 1992. We are currently looking to appoint a new Scheduling Coordinator based at our Loughborough Head Office. Clymac’s Scheduling Coordinators Efficiently and profitably schedule and dispatch Service & Maintenance Engineers on behalf of Clymac to complete corrective and preventative maintenance visits in line with customer requirements and industry standards. Requires excellent customer service skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. The role requires a proactive approach and excellent personal interaction. Scheduling of all work within the Southern region in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Proactively monitor engineer’s activity to ensure that you touch base with all your engineers’ daily, ensuring early dispatch & attendance of first job & monitor throughout the day to ensure job completion. Build and maintain good working relationships with your Engineers, to ensure all calls are actioned accordingly Work closely with your manager to meet customer expectations. Taking ownership of each job from start to completion Liaise with key clients over the phone to enhance both internal & external working relationships Retrieve all phone and email messages and process accordingly within Service Level Agreements (SLA). Processing of orders to ensure all work is carried out in time to allow invoice to be created.
