They were established over a decade ago and have found themselves to be the sub-contractor of choice for many recognised industry names. The company delivers drylining, rendering, load bearing and infill SFS Systems and metal pan/grid ceiling services. The company has built itself on relationships and delivering on time, on budget for satisfied clients. The company is growing and has a strong and stable leadership team who will afford you the chance to develop. With a busy order book stacked out, this business is looking to add to the headcount to manage the upcoming load.
The Role:
An intermediate Quantity Surveyor is required to join the Commercial team to assist with current and future projects. You will ideally be degree qualified with a couple of years of experience, but someone on day release in the last year may also be considered. You will be working predominantly on drylining and SFS packages, with values ranging from £25,000 through to £2,000,000. You would need to understand the full commercial cycle and ideally have managed packages for a sub-contractor, with the preference being drylining or SFS.
The Applicant:
The ideal candidate must have:
1. Vast experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ideally for a sub-contractor.
2. Further related education such as a completed commercial degree or on the way to completion.
3. Working knowledge of drylining and SFS systems.
It is desirable to have:
1. Worked for a sub-contractor who delivers similar packages.
