This is a fast-paced role and my client is looking for an equally enthusiastic candidate to join and support the leadership team. As the Financial Controller, you will manage financial operations, analyse financial data, and develop strategies to improve financial performance. You will also oversee the work of the accounts assistant and work closely with the senior leadership team to provide financial guidance and support to achieve financial objectives.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
2. Provide robust, timely, and insightful management accounts.
3. Analyse financial data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and recommend improvement strategies.
4. Develop standardized reporting from the accounting system.
