This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure the ongoing delivery of the product vision for these platforms while understanding the end-to-end vision due to the interdependencies in the sales lifecycle. Collaboration with the Head of Product for e-commerce is crucial due to overlaps between our customers in traditional and digital channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage product teams for CRM, finance, and Order Management systems. Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business goals and customer needs. Understand and manage the interdependencies within the sales lifecycle to ensure a cohesive product strategy. Work closely with the Head of Product for e-commerce to align product strategies across channels. Ensure effective governance, communication, and stakeholder engagement across business and digital platform teams. Monitor progress and benefits realization of product initiatives. Drive product innovation and improvements based on market trends, user needs, and business objectives. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Educational Qualifications: Degree in suitable field GCSE A-C In English & Mathematics DESIRABLE ESSENTIAL Professional Qualifications Proven experience in product management, preferably in a similar industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strategic thinker with a clear understanding of the digital landscape and product development. Experience with third-party system management and internal product development.
