What you'll bring to the team Entertainment Host Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, shift times between 7:00am – 9:00pm on a rotational basis Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2025 Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our 2025 season, and we are recruiting for Entertainment Guest Experience Hosts to join our AWESOME Entertainment Team Our fantastic team of Entertainment Guest Experience Hosts work across the resort to deliver memorable experiences and the highest possible standard of guest interaction. From looking after our LEGO 4D Theatre, (crowd warming on the microphone and ensuring everyone is safe and happy throughout the film), to warming up our crowds at our seasonal Shows & Events before keeping an eye on the safety of our guests during the shows themselves, every interaction our hosting team undertakes is an opportunity to make a memory You’ll also have the chance to be involved in manning our various LEGO free builds across the resort (encouraging the imagination of our younger guests) character minding our awesome Minifigure characters (you are the eyes and the ears of our characters so your interactions will be at high standard) and will be key player in our calendar of seasonal events. Qualifications & Experience Confident, outgoing and big a personality A willingness to learn and develop your skills – don’t worry if you haven’t worked within an Entertainment role before, we will give you all the training that you need Passionate about immersive guest experience and the LEGO brand. A flexible approach to shift patterns – our rota is designed around our operational calendar so your shifts may include early mornings or late finishes, weekends and bank holidays. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick.
