Job Overview
As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will play a key role in leading our store team to deliver outstanding results. You will have a deep understanding of retail operations and be able to effectively manage stock, resources and budgets to ensure the smooth running of the store.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
* Oversee the management of stock, including ordering, receiving, stocking and maintaining inventory levels
* Manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
* Maintain a safe and secure working environment for colleagues and customers
Competitive Salary Package
This role offers a competitive salary package, which includes:
* £35,000 - £42,000 per annum
* 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata)
* 10% in-store discount
* Pension scheme
