As a leader in Technical Account Management, you will oversee and drive the performance, development, and growth of our Technical Account Management team, working for our Tier 1 Clients across European markets. What Your Role Will Involve: Managing and mentoring a distributed across EMEA team of Technical Account Managers, ensuring high performance and professional growth Supporting, coordinating, and supervising the team’s technical support for the company's business teams Acting as a key technical point of contact with the client, addressing technical and operational topics related to the activities conducted for them Participating in client meetings to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and delivery of technical solutions Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns utilizing Real-Time Bidding (RTB) technology Collaborating with other technical teams and departments to ensure seamless execution of projects Designing and implementing tools and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your team and other technical teams What We Are Looking For: We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong business background and a proven ability to lead teams in dynamic, international environments. Specifically, you should have: 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, ideally within programmatic advertising, with technical expertise 2 years of leadership experience, managing distributed teams and working with International clients across multiple markets Expertise in tools such as The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP, or other Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) A strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging, and bidding Experience in data onboarding and audience targeting, utilizing first- and third-party data sources like hashed emails and Mobile Advertising IDs (MAIDs) Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Microsoft Excel, with experience in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics being a strong plus Familiarity with coding languages (HTML, JavaScript, or Python) is an asset. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders Fluency in English is required.
