We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, offering both community-based and hybrid opportunities. What You’ll Do: Manage your own caseload and diary while working under the guidance of a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist (Team Leader). Provide assessments and tailored interventions for children and young people with diverse needs, including Sensory Processing Difficulties, Dyspraxia, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome. Supervise and support newly qualified OTs, OT Assistants, and students. Collaborate with caregivers and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for service users. Conduct community-based assessments, requiring a valid driving license and access to a car. What We’re Looking For: HCPC registration and RCOT membership are essential. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, families, and professionals. Experience in using standardised and non-standardised assessments to develop effective clinical reasoning and deliver clear, professional reports.
