We require a Psychology Graduate to work in a specialist school in Manchester supporting pupils with a variety of SEN & SEMH needs. The Psychology Graduate would work as a Teaching Assistant, collaborating with parents, carers, and teachers to help the students make progress while supporting their wellbeing. You will build positive relationships with pupils and devise strategies to overcome barriers to learning, helping them to get the most out of their education through class support, small group, and 1:1 sessions.
Requirements
* Have a warm and friendly nature to build positive relationships with pupils.
* Either have completed or be working towards a qualification in Psychology.
* Be passionate about supporting children with barriers to learning.
* Have experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults.
