We are seeking a Buildings Case Manager with a background in insurance claims handling. This hybrid role involves managing repair works with the contractor network following insurance claim approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Appointing contractors
2. Overseeing repair processes
3. Validating estimates and final accounts
4. Ensuring SLA compliance
5. Escalating issues
6. Communicating with stakeholders
7. Conducting quality calls with policyholders
8. Suggesting process improvements
