We are recruiting for a Care Support Assistant to support a client with complex mental health and challenging behaviour to achieve a fulfilled and meaningful life.
You will be paid £15.00 per hour for days & £8.72 per hour for sleeping nights after training completed (provided during recruitment).
Full Time, Days & Sleeping Nights (Mixed shifts) based in Northwich, Cheshire.
Main Duties of the Job
Your responsibilities as our Care Support Worker will include assisting and supporting vulnerable clients to enable them to live the life they choose (where possible) to promote their independence.

Full training will be given to set you on your path to being a Care Support Worker, where you will be paid £15.00 per hour for day shifts, and a reduced rate for sleeping nights after completion of training. We offer you time to do the training before you start whilst we carry out our recruitment processes.
