Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Supervisor to join their team in Linlithgow, West Lothian.
Are you the right person for the job?
A minimum of 2 years of experience within the financial industry, specifically in IFA offices
1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role
Diploma Level 4 in Financial Services (or equivalent qualification)
Strong organisational and leadership skills, with a focus on team development and office management
A positive and proactive attitude with a desire to drive office performance and contribute to the business' success
What will your role look like?
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all processes
Supervise and support a small team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high standards of performance and service
Manage client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within the financial services sector
Coordinate office activities, including scheduling, meeting management, and correspondence
Ensure the smooth implementation of company policies and procedures
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Assist in the preparation and management of internal reports, audits, and other key documentation
Support the Financial Advisers and other staff with administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
Help drive office performance through continual improvements and efficient management of resources
Work collaboratively with other departments and teams to ensure seamless operations and enhance the client experience
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and services to ensure the workplace is well-organised and properly resourced
