Private Care Coordinator-Head Office Bangor
Salary: up to £27,216 per annum, monthly and annual bonuses, as well as private health insurance.
Hours: Full time 9am - 5.30pm, including one evening per week (1pm-9pm) and occasional weekends (Sat or Sun: 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm, one in two).
Principal Responsibilities
* Actively identifying opportunities to promote private care services to prospective clients.
* Responding to enquiries regarding private care packages and providing accurate information to potential customers.
* Developing and maintaining a pipeline of private care sales leads.
* Working collaboratively with the management team to set and achieve private care sales targets.
* Producing tailored care packages for private clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and preferences.
* Attending community events, networking opportunities, and other forums to promote Caremark’s private care offerings.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential private care clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Additional Responsibilities
* Answering all incoming telephone enquiries.
* Permanent allocation of Care & Support Workers to all service user visits and ensuring all visits are covered.
* Maintaining computer systems up to date at all times.
* Ensuring all customer and Care & Support Worker documentation and electronic records are kept up to date at all times.
* Ensuring compliance with all office systems and procedures.
* Production of reports and management information as required.
Essential Qualifications:
* Good communication skills.
* Good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office packages.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills to engage with prospective clients and promote services effectively.
* Experience within the care industry.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience in developing rotas.
* Background in sales or business development, ideally within a care setting.
