Job Description
The Brand Content Manager is responsible for defining the communication strategy across the French market and implementing the brands' media and non-media communications, as well as operational deployment of the brands' content strategy.
Main accountabilities:
- Media communication : build and follow the annual brands communication plan (brief to agencies and to media performance teams, collaboration with e-commerce teams as well as coordination to create and develop media related to the planning).
- Operational communication : interface with cross-functional departments : strategic marketing, internal communications, partnerships, press relations, and support in-hotel communication tools and hotel specific plans (openings, flagships, event, etc) and ensure compliance with brand’s graphic charter.
- Monitor KPIs to measure the impact of communication actions and ensure their continuous improvement.
- Responsible for the follow up of the communication budget in his/her scope of brand / country.
- Impactful partnerships – ensure strong partnerships to enable brand awareness for both brands.
Qualifications
Master degree in communication
Excellent team work skills and collaborative attitude
Great at networking and stakeholder management
Adaptable to complex international group
Expertise in building a 360 communication plan incl. social media
Creative and well organized
Excellent oral and written expression
Language proficiency: fluent in English + French
