This is a permanent role with hybrid working 2-3 days in the office / working from home.

Role Overview
- Looking for a credit controller with residential experience to join an existing team.
- The candidate should possess a positive, can-do, and proactive approach to this dynamic role.
- The role involves working within a client-focused team.
- The individual will have the responsibility to manage their own portfolio.
- A high volume of calls is required, and the role involves working with debt recovery agents, bailiffs, and solicitors.
- Liaising with a large number of both internal clients and external tenants is a daily requirement, so a high level of professionalism must be maintained at all times.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will work within the city office near Liverpool Street Station, amongst a team of experienced credit controllers who manage a mixed-use portfolio of clients.
The team is dynamic, diverse, and extremely friendly and approachable, and our ethos is to deliver.
They provide an enhanced level of service which includes reporting, client engagement, and aged debt analysis in a KPI-driven environment.
What's on Offer
The successful candidate will be paid between £32,000 to £35,000 per annum.
