The Role
Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations across our restaurant and retail businesses. This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring strategic thinking and day-to-day execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure supply chain resilience, efficiency, and scalability.

* Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms
* Optimise logistics and distribution networks for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
* Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and quality standards
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Finance, and Marketing
* Support the MD with strategic projects and expansion plans
About You
* 5+ years of experience in supply chain, ideally in food/FMCG/hospitality
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Analytical and systems-savvy – comfortable with data and reporting tools
* Experience managing 3PLs, manufacturers, and foodservice suppliers
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Experience scaling operations across multiple locations
* Knowledge of international supply chains and importing
* Background in startup or high-growth environments
