Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Administrator
Location - Hybrid (1 day a week in Cardiff plus ad hoc travel to other offices)

Your new role
As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team, with a specific focus on recruitment and talent acquisition activities in close collaboration with our Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Your responsibilities will include:
* Recruitment Coordination: Managing job advertisements, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
* Onboarding Support: Assisting in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and contracts, conducting right-to-work checks, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
* HR & Talent Acquisition Administration: Maintaining accurate recruitment and HR records, updating HR databases, managing candidate tracking systems, and producing reports on recruitment activity and key HR metrics.
* Process Improvement: Supporting the enhancement of recruitment processes and candidate experience by providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* General HR Support: Assisting with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, supporting HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
* Reporting: Reporting and analysis of data from exit interviews to refine our approach to assessing candidates and work toward a higher retention of employees.Track “time to fill”, SLA adherence, candidate source analysis and costing and overall recruitment hiring data, and hep identify trends and action points from these findings.

You’ll be:
An enthusiastic, organised, and detail-oriented HR professional with experience in or a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. You’ll enjoy building relationships with candidates and managers, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all involved. A background or qualifications in HR is preferred but not essential.
You will also have:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to support wider HR functions.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
