As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for: Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing. Preparing and sending out of Sub-contract enquires. Subcontract comparison and preparation of subcontract agreements. Attending, contributing to, and taking minutes of meetings as required. Preparing Valuations with Client's, agreeing amounts for payment and ensuring invoices are prepared and issued. Re-measuring work using site measurement and measurement from drawings. Re-measurement of subcontract applications and processing subcontract payments. You'll be degree educated or due to graduate in the summer of 2025 (2:1 desirable) in a relevant subject.
