Core Responsibilities Learning Experience Delivery: - Lead and deliver engaging commercial learning sessions, ensuring content aligns with key goals and encourages active participation. Organize learning experiences with access to subject matter experts and real-life examples, while continuously improving effectiveness through feedback and data. Learning Experience Design (LXD): - Lead and deliver commercial learning sessions that align with business goals and encourage active participation. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts/Owners, share real-life experiences, and use feedback to improve learning effectiveness across Commercial Skills (Retail Execution, commercial planning/problem solving, Selling, Storytelling, Revenue Management. - Keep pace with Gen AI application to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency. L&D Marketing: - Promote training programs to increase participation and engagement across the organization. Use digital marketing and collaboration with the Commercial team to highlight the value of learning and development. L&D Development: - Oversee content development to ensure materials are engaging and aligned with learning goals. Use instructional design and technology to create interactive, scalable learning solutions with various media. This role sits within the Commercial Impact Skills Family, responsible for skills which are customer facing (key account management, selling and influencing), commercial planning (business planning) and execution (managing and tracking commercial plans and retail execution) and mutual value creation (driving win/win profitability) Do you have what it takes? The ideal candidate brings a background within Ecommerce and Retail Execution / Business Administration, or equivalent work experience. Solid experience in designing and delivering learning and development interventions combined with the ability to lead cross-functional project teams, collaborate with senior leadership, and manage partner relationships effectively while also ensuring openness and knowledge sharing within own team. You show strong technical competence with a focus on integrating digital tools and technology into learning initiatives as well as you evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
