New Opportunity - Lettings Administrator Our client in Ilkeston is a leading, local Estate Agents are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their team. The right candidate will be motivated, proactive and customer orientated. In this role you will be liaising with landlords, tenants and clients, ensuring the company continues with their exceptionally high customer service levels and growth. As the new Lettings Administrator, you will: Assisting with communications for landlords, tenants, and clients, building strong relationships. Handle property-related queries and maintenance issues, liaising with landlords and contractors. Manage property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs. Process tenant applications, references, lease agreements, and deposit releases. Oversee compliance tasks (e.g., Gas/EPC/electrical inspections) and arrears management. Coordinate with utility companies and local authorities on tenancy changes. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and compile paperwork for legal matters. As needed, conduct property viewings and actively canvass for new business. Support the accounts team with invoicing and payment approvals and other administration tasks. Address complaints, resolve disputes, and ensure smooth tenancy operations. Perform daily administrative tasks and assist colleagues and management. Requirements: Essential: GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above Full driving licence with own vehicle Previous sales/customer service experience Desirable: Previous experience in property or lettings About this role: Permanent, Full-time position. Saturday working on a rota is an essential part of this role.
