Position: Building Safety Coordinator
Location: The convenience of working from home with attending office on occasion
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.
Salary: £20,000- £25,000
Contract: 10 Month FTC

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Building Safety Coordinator at Rendall & Rittner, you will provide the Building Safety team with administrative support and take responsibility for clearly identified key tasks within the project. A focus of this role will be assisting the team with the creation of new processes, seeking client instruction, tracking & monitoring information and working together with colleagues to ensure that the company meets its requirements under the Building Safety Act.
Experience required includes:
You’ll have excellent administrative experience to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks at once. Have strong IT skills, ability to use a variety of office applications and internal systems. Knowledge or a willingness to understand property management, health and safety requirements and legislation. You’ll have managed compliance trackers and monitor and update various software platforms. You’ll be a team player, and a confident communicator to develop relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all communication is clear and concise, always checking that information given is factual and appropriate. eye for detail, coupled with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
