The Role As part of growth, we are looking for a Head of Partner Programme to join the business. The objective will be to build and develop their existing Global Partner Programme with the aim of developing, managing, and expanding the partner ecosystem, fostering strong relationships, driving partner engagement, and ensuring mutual business success. This strategic role provides an exciting opportunity to shape and drive program initiatives while influencing partnership dynamics to maximize revenue growth. Requirements 5 years of experience in partner program management, channel management, or a similar role in a B2B technology or SaaS company. Preferably a background within security systems or security product manufacturing. Proven track record of managing successful partner relationships and driving revenue through the partner environment. Strong understanding of the global security and surveillance market and business culture, with experience working within it. Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems. Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.
