Job Description
Nexus is working with a Facilities Management Company within the Social Housing Sector to add an Area Manager to their team. This position is based in their Leeds Office and involves managing all employees in the area, including:
1. Administration Manager and Administrators
2. Operations Managers
3. Project Managers
4. Contracts Managers
5. Surveyors and Estimators
6. Customer Care staff (CLOs)
7. Business Development Managers
8. Supervisors and Front-Line Managers
9. Operatives, Apprentices, and Trainees
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000
Car Allowance: £6,500 a year or company car
Area Bonus: Payable 5% - 20% of the salary based on performance
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Ability to manage a large team
* Good understanding of planned project work
* Experience in the social housing industry
* Positive attitude to drive a team
* Good commercial understanding
