In-House Residential Property Lawyer - Buckinghamshire

Type: Full Time or Part Time

Salary:- £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

A well-established and financially strong property group is looking for a skilled Solicitor or Legal Executive to manage the non-contentious aspects of residential property transactions and lease extensions in-house. The company has a significant residential portfolio, including long leasehold properties and freehold reversions. With a strong reputation in the sector, they are now expanding their in-house legal capabilities to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The Role:

* Handle general residential property transactions
* Manage voluntary and statutory lease extensions.
* Handle leasehold enfranchisement and deeds of variation.
* Oversee disposals of retained landholdings.
* Liaise with leaseholders, solicitors, and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with leasehold legislation, including upcoming reforms.

About You:

* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX) with 2+ years' PQE in residential property law.
* Expertise in leasehold matters, including extensions and enfranchisement.
* Ability to manage a caseload independently with strong drafting and communication skills.
