To provide full and wide-ranging professional administration support including dealing with the general public.
Qualifications and/or Experience
1. Good awareness of software packages such as Microsoft Office.
2. Ability to use local systems, update databases, reconcile issues and produce information and reports.
3. Good awareness of service team objectives, procedures and issues.
4. Ability to communicate sensitively and well with others, including by telephone.
5. Ability to work accurately and independently with minimal referral to management.
6. Ability to plan, organise and handle conflicting demands in own workload and in direct reports.
7. Positive approach to the workplace and commitment to working flexibly to achieve service and team needs.
8. Good general education.
9. Experience dealing with challenging customers.
There are no specific qualifications required for this job, although experience in service delivery or a business-related qualification would be beneficial. You will be a competent administrator with experience of using Microsoft Office who is confident to be the first point of contact for Managers and possess excellent customer care skills. You will be self-motivated, professional and approachable, providing excellent team support and best practice at all times. You must be willing to undertake a variety of administrative tasks.
