About the role
• To engage and extend the children's learning in a playful manner on a day-to-day basis.
• Encourage and assist the children in developing their independence skills.
• Assessing and observing the children in their play and using these to plan provocations and themes in response.
• To be an integral and positive member of the Foundation Stage team.
