We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established provider of comprehensive building solutions in the Bristol area. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexible work arrangements, with the potential to go permanent after 6 months. Role Overview: As a General Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the helpdesk, assisting with timesheet input, and helping to coordinate planned maintenance tasks. You will also handle various general administrative duties, contributing to the day-to-day running of the office. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the helpdesk with customer queries and scheduling. Inputting timesheets onto the accounting system. Supporting the team with planned maintenance tasks. Performing general administrative duties as required. Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with accounting systems (experience is a plus). Ability to multitask and support a busy helpdesk environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ideally someone with sort of experience in scheduling/ working in the construction environment/ logistics etc Working Hours: Part-time: Minimum of 6 hours per day between 8am–5pm (flexible, may suit someone needing school hours).
