Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the MacGregor Black team, you will be responsible for leading and developing sales and profitability across the European and Middle Eastern regions.
You will establish and position the brands in EMEA as distinct, fashion-forward, and design-centric, with a focus on sustainable market share growth, sales expansion, and profit optimisation across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Achieving targeted sales volumes and revenue, ensuring profitability within EMEA markets.
* Developing and executing annual plans to drive business growth in the EMEA region.
* Implementing effective channel strategies and product range plans with distributors to accelerate growth and optimise profitability, aligned with market objectives.
* Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to create and execute integrated business plans focused on growth and profitability.
* Reporting monthly sales volumes and communicating any changes to budget, targets, or expected annual profit delivery to senior management.
* Collaborating with local distributors to develop and implement joint business plans with major retailers in each market.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong understanding of international high-fashion, beauty, and lifestyle markets.
Key requirements include:
* Ideal education to a degree level.
* Proven experience in account management, with full market or trade channel accountability.
* Strong expertise in key selling skills, with a history of leveraging these skills to achieve significant outcomes.
