Brand strategy and management
* Own and drive the Asda Mobile and Money brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
* Lead the rebrand initiative for Asda Mobile and Money, overseeing all brand evolution activities and ensuring consistent execution across channels.
* Champion brand positioning, ensuring all campaigns and marketing communications reflect the brand’s identity and values.
Campaign development and execution
* Own the relationships with creative agencies, providing clear and compelling marketing briefs to deliver impactful campaigns.
* Plan and execute key campaigns and tactical 'when' moments, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities.
* Drive end-to-end campaign execution across all channels, including PR, OOH, TV, and digital platforms where required.
* Deliver engaging and high-performing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Performance reporting and optimisation
* Responsible for, and report on campaign performance, providing updates and insights during weekly trading meetings and commercial product meetings.
* Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximise impact and return on investment.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
* Interface with commercial product teams to align campaigns with product and promotional priorities.
* Drive brand and product awareness through a well-defined campaign and promotional roadmap.
* Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
