Job Title:
A Clinical Team Coordinator role has become available within our organization, responsible for managing the line leadership of our onsite clinical team. This position requires a strong understanding of neurodivergence and developmental disorders.
About the Role:
You will be working closely with our well-established clinical network and growing Clinical Team to ensure the highest quality of care for our pupils. Your duties will include coordinating line management, contributing to staff training and consultation, and supporting our wider teams in meeting pupil needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team members
* Contribute to staff training and consultation
* Support wider teams in meeting pupil needs in accordance with EHCPs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or be registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. Additionally, you should have experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team, and hold a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
