Salary Range: £30,859 - £33,951 pro rata per annum

The Role:
Joining our Mental Health team as a Senior Case Worker, supported by qualified social care and health care professionals, you’ll assess the needs of adults in the community and provide them with support and guidance to maximise their wellbeing. Using a person-centred approach, you'll use your knowledge of strengths-based practice to focus on people’s resourcefulness and abilities and enable them to develop the best strategies to face life’s challenges and live independently and safely in the community.

In this role you’ll use your strong relationship management and negotiation skills to collaborate with individuals, their families, providers, and other health care professionals. As a Senior Case Worker, you’ll support our more complex cases and provide coaching and mentoring support to our Case Workers.

Travel Requirements
You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight or other local authority, and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
