Join our friendly Maintenance Operatives team working mainly in the North East. Operatives must contribute to the On Call Rota, with additional payments including a generous flat rate and enhanced pay for call-outs.
Applicants should have a core trade in carpentry or plumbing, either through formal qualification or experience. We seek pleasant, reliable, flexible, and hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and respect our tenants and their homes.
Operatives will provide high-quality maintenance services at multiple sites throughout our portfolio. This is a full-time position, though part-time options (minimum 30 hours a week plus on call) may be available.
A full driving license is essential; a work vehicle is provided for work purposes only. The Mobile Maintenance Team reports to Innovation Court, Stockton, at 8:30am every Monday for a Maintenance Meeting and attends other meetings at this site.
Full uniform and PPE are provided, and all tools and power tools necessary for the job are supplied.
