Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales management within an engineering or technical B2B environment.
2. Strong knowledge of CRM systems, with prior experience in implementing or optimising CRM platforms.
3. Demonstrable experience in managing and developing teams.
4. Background in recruiting and managing distributors, preferably on an international scale.
5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
