This permanent, full-time role involves providing dedicated support to students with special educational needs in a structured and positive environment. Working alongside a passionate team, you'll help create meaningful learning experiences for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and physical disabilities. Responsibilities: • Provide individual and small-group support, ensuring accessible learning for SEN students. • Assist in implementing IEPs and behaviour management strategies for a positive environment. • Adapt curriculum tasks to support diverse learning needs. • Track student progress and report insights to support individual development. Requirements: • Experience: Prior SEN experience is beneficial but not essential for committed individuals. • Skills: Communication, adaptability, and a nurturing attitude towards students. • Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English proficiency preferred.
