Some responsibilities include answering questions via their multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat. This role will also involve dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and social media. Experience using NetSuite and Shopify will be advantageous.
The candidate will have prior experience in customer service, and you'll be a problem solver and have a proactive approach to supporting customers. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
